Our App is Expanding!

We are excited about the expansions to our app! We wish it was ready now however we are still a few months away. Our excitement is getting the better of us though so we want to share what we have been working on. We want to give you a few of the questions in one of our new sections - the Life category. We hope you enjoy them and get some satisfying a-ha's.


Self-care is self-preservation, not self-indulgence. Self-care is doing what it takes to take care of yourself. Be honest about what you need to take care of you.

- Reflect on your needs. Do you recognize what it would take to care for yourself effectively? Can you figure it out? What is stopping you from being clear about what you need?

- Why does it feel like self-indulgence to take good care of yourself? Reflect on where this feeling comes from. Did you learn from a young age that you need to put others before yourself? How is it harming you to believe that self-care is self-indulgence?

- What if there were no such thing as selfishness? What if the did not exist? How would you live your life differently?

- What do you gain by neglecting your needs? Do you gain acceptance from others? Or does neglecting your needs, until they are urgent, provide you with a reason to finally take care of yourself?
